SAFE AND COMFORTABLE INTERIOR
Materials, acoustics, and fire resistance
Vermikulit
It is a rock, i.e. a natural material, which has incredible variability in its expanded form. It perfectly retains and gradually releases water or other important macroelements. It adds magnesium or zinc from its own reserves. It is used as an additive in growing substrates, but also as bedding in animal husbandry. However, it also has other, much more interesting areas of use. We are the only company in Czechia to produce boards and molded parts from pressed vermiculite, which are non-flammable and, depending on how they are processed, can also perform an acoustic function. They are used as cladding in public spaces, acoustic panels, in the shipbuilding industry, or, for example, as fireplace surrounds.

Of course, we also work with standard chipboard (DTD), MDF, and HDF.
Wood / veneer
Historically, this material has been our greatest asset. We have a wide range of common and exotic veneers in stock and excellent machinery (cutting room, press, laser, paint shop). This enables us to fulfill even the most complex custom projects.
Other common surfaces
We have our own laminating line, laminating machines, and a machine for high-gloss bonding. We can provide all standard carriers and vermiculite boards with all common surface finishes. In addition to veneer, these include CPL, HPL, FFB paper (foil), and others.
Fire resistance
Fire resistance, or non-combustibility, is associated with vermiculite-based products in our country. GRENAMAT® boards and shaped components are manufactured from its expanded version and a special inorganic binder. They can withstand extreme thermal shocks and temperatures of up to 1200 °C. These boards are completely harmless to health and do not contain asbestos, glass, or other mineral fibers. They have sufficient strength, mechanical stability, and high durability. They do not release any fumes, even at high temperatures. Through various forms of processing and pressing, we create boards that reflect heat, i.e., insulate, or allow it to pass through, thus fulfilling a radiant function. We provide the boards with any surface finish, or combine them with other materials to increase the fire resistance of otherwise ordinary products, such as doors or furniture.
Acoustics
Acoustic panels are mainly used as wall coverings in concert halls, cinemas, theaters, and recording studios. They can effectively absorb, reflect, or diffuse sound. This is achieved by the right combination of material compression, appropriate perforation, and the resulting shape of the panels. There are no limits to creativity. In addition to their acoustic function, the resulting assemblies also fulfill a design role, which is no less important for cultural and social spaces. Acoustic panels also offer the advantage of being non-flammable and available in an inexhaustible range of surfaces.

We strive to focus on custom manufacturing, where our more than 80 years of experience, high-quality machinery, and our general relationship with wood come to the fore. We enjoy working with solid wood and veneers of all kinds, but of course we also manufacture custom furniture from laminate. However, we always strive to bring a unique and functional style to interiors, which we adapt to the client's requirements and environment.
Veneer is our long-standing love
- We have extensive knowledge in the field of veneer purchasing. We are able to ensure the highest quality raw materials.
- We have our own gallery of exotic veneers. We keep a wide selection in stock, allowing quick access to unique materials.
- We have our own modern veneer cutting room. This enables us to produce veneered products with precision and efficiency, including complex and demanding inlays.
- We have a flat material press measuring 1200 x 2780 mm, which gives us manufacturing flexibility and the ability to carry out even large projects.
- Our laser technology enables high cutting precision and the ability to carry out custom manufacturing.
- Our own paint shop guarantees high-quality surface treatment, allowing us to guarantee the durability and lasting aesthetics of our products.

Door manufacturing and flooring
As with furniture, we strive to fulfill the individual requirements of our customers in the area of doors and floors. Here, too, we benefit from the cooperation of the entire group. We do not offer only standard products. Especially in the area of doors, we are able to meet specific requirements for safety, fire resistance, and soundproofing.
Thanks to our woodworking, we have access to a wide range of materials, including solid wood, Flex Wood, HPL, and CPL laminate. We also haven't forgotten about our favorite veneer, which we have in abundance in stock. We install flooring ourselves. Our range includes wood floating floors, vinyl and marmoleum, altro, laminate, and PVC flooring. Thanks to our own installation services, we can guarantee perfect quality and satisfaction.

Our cladding panels perform three basic functions:
